1. What is the six digit number sequence you need to start with?
2. What part number do you need?
3. Do you have a color preference?
4. If you have an alpha character, what is the background color?
5. Are the numbers printed vertically or horizontally?
6. Would you like text or your logo on the label?
7. Do you need a check sum?
8. For Super DLTs on an ADIC or ATL drive, do you want the "S" listed as a 7th character?
